So essentially this lawsuit came about in a Delaware court saying that Vince breached his fiduciary duties and manipulate the sales process that led to the merger of WWE with Endeavor's UFC to form TKO holding. The plaintiffs claimed that McMahon favored a deal with Endeavor, what allowed him to maintain a position of power.

until he no longer did in January, even though other bidders may have offered a better cash out price for shareholders. The claim is that other bidders would have forced him out due to the misconduct allegations that he was facing and still kind of is facing.
