Kiara (00:42)
Welcome, welcome. It wouldn't be you
Tanesha (00:42)
Every time it hasn't changed.
Kiara (00:45)
if it wasn't. It wouldn't be you if it wasn't. Finally, technical difficulties tried to take us out today. They tried to say take a whole nother week off. But here we are. And we are back. And I'm Kiara.
Kevelyn (01:00)
and I'm Kevlyn.
Tanesha (01:03)
Sorry, and I'm Tanisha and you're entering the sister chat. Midnight Confessions. Welcome, welcome.
Kiara (01:15)
I feel like we gotta tell people because now I was like, where are you at? Sorry, We we give we sit here. We have so much cool new stuff for you guys. Besides our new little opening there.
Got a new little rear back song. Got a lot of hype. People in the comments really enjoying that. And then we got some new segments. We have a good time. I mean, I it's a good time this week. Beyond that, we got a lot to talk about. We gotta talk about money in the bank. We gotta talk about AEW. They got an event coming up this weekend. There's just so much to get into, but
First. I feel like we need to go into the confessions group.
Well happy.
Alright, so we've been on a little hiatus. So I feel like it's only fair that we give you guys a little bit of an inside scoop into what was going on during the hiatus.
Kevelyn (02:11)
Yeah.
Kiara (02:11)
So we need to execute ourselves to the couch. Like
Kevelyn (02:15)
You okay?
Kiara (02:18)
Anyway, so I feel like it's
Kevelyn (02:18)
Mm.
Kiara (02:19)
only fair to let you guys in on what was going on 'cause Lord Jesus, I know what's happening right now. Why we've been away. So who wants to start?
Kevelyn (02:29)
Sorry.
So I have been a little busy getting back to work, real estate. So that has been a task, been a little challenging, but it's been good so far. and I am getting everything situated to start home inspections again. So getting home inspection license straight, so that's pretty cool. I'm excited.
Kiara (02:57)
You're a busy bee. Clearly.
You're a busy bee.
Kevelyn (02:59)
I know, I know, but it's okay. It's good stuff.
Yeah.
Kiara (03:05)
All
right, Nisha, what you got going on?
Tanesha (03:09)
Well, I'm over here being a a true entrepreneur out here in these streets and working on some businesses. and just trying to get my life together. Mm-hmm. That's what's been happening.
Kiara (03:24)
I feel like we've all been in entrepreneurial entrepreneurial spirit. You know. 'Cause you probably have seen me at least for the last couple weeks releasing our podcaster podcaster episodes, part of my pen to perfection brand. And I'm super excited to keep welcoming podcasters on as you guys chat through your experiences. We had a great episode with Brian H. Waters and our premiere and then we just kicked it with Eric, Night of the Exclusive Nights.
this week too. His story's a really good one, so I definitely encourage anyone if you're going through it today, you might want to check those out. And don't worry, all those links will be below at some point so you know where to find us. Alright. I feel like
It's time to get into the streets because wrestling has been a hot mess. And if y'all wanna hear something funny, y'all need to hang tight for a raw because I was going through it this week. And with that, I feel like the streets had something to say. And we missed y'all too. Just so you know, Candace, Dalton, we missed y'all too.
You gotta tell us what you think about the new book as well. So all right, with that, these drinks.
We'll say, I feel like the transitions are too.
But my goodness. All right. So first thing we gotta talk about is money and rank. Because I know we had thoughts and feelings and we didn't have time to share them with you. So I feel like y'all have to share them with us too. Because there was a lot of thoughts and feelings as we were watching the event. So what did you guys think of just kind of the event in full? Did you like the matches? Did you think the right people won? Like I'm dying to know here.
Kevelyn (05:40)
Wanna go first this time?
Tanesha (05:42)
Mm-hmm.
Okay, I just wanna I didn't hear the first part, so I'm guessing we were talking about money in the bank, yeah.
Kevelyn (05:47)
Yes.
Tanesha (05:48)
Okay, okay. I think knowing what we know now, Tiffany definitely should have not won. I don't think that w was a smart decision. And it's almost like something like what they did with Rhea, knowing Rhea was injured, but still let her win, and then
months later scramble with what to do next.
I will say
I don't know. I think that was like really more my thing. I mean, I'm happy Penta won is well deserved. But I just feel like something was missing off the card, to be fair. and I'm also not excited that Liv won the title back. But I'm not sure if I would have been happy if Becky won it back. But see, Becky's in that weird transition of I'm evil but I'm nice. It it kind of reminds me of the descendant movie of the the mom.
Anyway, sorry. You know, I'm like I'm evil, but
Kiara (06:48)
Okay. Okay.
Tanesha (06:52)
I also I'm nice, but I'm evil, you know? That was the main character. Anyway, that's what it gives me.
Kevelyn (07:00)
So for me, I think the whole PPE as a whole was a little bit lackluster. I remember being at the end of matches just kinda looking at each other like, What just happened? Why did that happen? I don't get it. we said a lot of that, during the while we were watching it. I do appreciate obviously Oba winning, you know, that that made sense. the rula.
No, that made sense. But other than that, I would say a lot of it just didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I felt like they keep giving the titles back to the same people. We're not really recycling any of this. We're getting the same type of storylines. and it's kind of getting boring to a degree. So I I'm struggling a little bit, you know. That's my take.
Kiara (07:57)
We just got
you back. I feel like we on the struggle bus. We just
Kevelyn (07:59)
Ha ha
Kiara (08:01)
we just got you back. And now it's just like wont walk. You know what I'm saying? Like, what did we get into? So I
Kevelyn (08:06)
Yeah.
Kiara (08:07)
will say I also felt like wont-walk very much throughout most of it. I didn't love that. welcome, welcome. You're new here, happy to see you.
I feel like Money in the Bank was not as exciting as it typically is. I also think the timing probably played a role in that. I like it better in May. I feel like putting it this far on the schedule reduces the the like impact of it. And then you also gotta think about something here. Okay, Opafemi run one king of the ring, and now he's just now calling out Roman, like
When was that again? Like just like I can't even tell you who won Queen of the Ring right now. Like it feels like a century ago and now we're just now getting back to the story. And my problem is why?
Is Roman even at work enough for this? Like, I just don't know if this we're gonna see Ova every week talking about Roman ducking him because technically, I mean, my guy's busy. He, you know, he's out here doing press tours and talking about Street Fighter, which got the worst Rotten Tomatoes for, but I ain't gonna stop me from watching him sometimes. But it just it's rough. And the reason why we're talking about all this is apparently there were different winners in mind.
It was supposed to be Braun Breaker and Roxanne Perez instead of Penta and Tiffany Strid. Do you think that would have changed anything for you guys?
Kevelyn (09:43)
We can't hear you.
Kiara (09:44)
Yeah, Municant nine one one emergency.
Tanesha (09:50)
I would say that if Roxanne won, I would have been wow, that's covering my whole face.
It is to me.
Kiara (10:00)
Okay, I'm sorry, it's gone. Go ahead, carry on.
Tanesha (10:01)
Yeah. Thank
you. I say Roxanne winning would have made sense. Especially if they were going to give the title to live. Then we can finally get the Judgment Day breakup story song. Hooray.
Kiara (10:21)
Yeah.
Tanesha (10:21)
Braun Breaker, I don't know. I I like I feel like it would be a good challenge, but he not gonna win.
Or were they gonna like I feel like they're really not ready for him to be a champion yet. Like to be the champion. No, I said breaker.
Kiara (10:41)
Rock breaker. Yeah, I don't think breaker what's that for?
Tanesha (10:46)
Wait, what? What happened? What happened?
Kiara (10:47)
No, respectfully
no. I just don't think. Why you keep saying what happened? Are you okay?
Tanesha (10:53)
I I thought
you sorry.
Kiara (10:56)
I was just gonna say respectfully, I I just don't know that he's in the spot to be champion. I feel like Ron is still building his cred, right? And so you're just kinda like all he do is run around and like hit people. So I'm I'm just not sure. Is that like championship worthy? I mean I'm sure it was for Goldberg, but even he was in the ring. Like he did his own. He did from the same anyway.
So I just feel like that. We got some comments I don't wanna let go ignored and I wanna be clear that it should not be hiding your face. So if it is, that's strange.
Tanesha (11:28)
It was. It literally
was like you can see my eyes. Or I can see it.
Kevelyn (11:36)
It it wasn't on our end. Just saying.
Kiara (11:39)
Nope. All right. So let's talk about it. Let's see what you got in the chat. All right, we got
Tanesha (11:42)
That's right, next time I'm gonna
take a picture. I'm gonna take a picture.
Kiara (11:46)
Alright, Candace.
I also don't like that they blatantly told us LA Knight wasn't going to win. Yeah, we knew that, but still. Just leave it as a main thing. Girl, we knew that going in. Like I told everybody I know the one thing that's not gonna happen is Womb's not gonna drop that title. It didn't matter what happened in that match. So like but I don't love that it was first.
I feel like it didn't feel like a main event because it was first. And then I was like, is it first so Roman can get up out of there? Like I just was puzzled. I anyway. So there was that. And then let's see. Alright, Dalton. You didn't watch it. I am also glad CM Punk D win because I would have felt some kind of way. And look at him, grandpa using your language over here. Didn't work out for me either. I wasn't pleased. I also like the fact that Kedza won candice.
Alright, and here we go. I got a strange fit feeling. Alright, alright. New here. I got a strange feeling that Penta is gonna cash in on El Grande Americano and win the AAA title. Now that is an interesting one. Because Penta, truthfully, can go back and forth. Like y'all haven't seen him like I've seen him, but he can go back and forth in the in the situation. And I'm just saying, I blake.
I'd like a little spice because I'm like, is anyone really going to? So here we go. And then let's see. Even I stopped watching WWE dude being frustrated. I would have been happy if Roxyna had one. You know.
I'm very upset at the way that Roxanne is being treated, which is why I don't know if you saw the thumbnail. I I literally focused on Roxanne staring at the title because I was like, that's what I want to see. That's right, hit that like button and subscribe. You right. Hit that like button and subscribe all day, every day. Please.
Tanesha (13:33)
Ding
ding.
Kiara (13:36)
Thank you, Dos. But honestly, I just it was it was very lackluster. So I feel like adding Roxanne would have been something we really wanted. She showed out in that match. Though between us, that was my least favorite match on.
on the card. I feel like the women's match was rough this year. And I think part of that is that they just didn't have enough veterans in there to kind of help anchor the women. Cause it was all that time they was down and we was like, my God. And then watching poor Tiffany hit her head and her neck. I just was like, Yeah I need to keep replaying that either. We seen it. We yelled. I felt
Kevelyn (14:18)
We did it.
Kiara (14:18)
bad for my girl. But I also felt like in that case she shouldn't have won. And we should have called it the day. I felt like that would have been more
important.
All right, next story. So how do you feel about Mr. Hayes joining nine four six three three two eight nineteen?
Kevelyn (14:35)
I'm sorry.
Kiara (14:38)
I cannot. Every time I hear those numbers, I just want to add more. I just want to add more. So, how do we feel about Carmelo Hayes joining?
Kevelyn (14:49)
I don't think it makes any sense.
What hood are you from, sir? Confused. Sorry. Okay. Yeah.
Kiara (14:54)
He's from Hood Boulevard.
He's Hood adjacent. Like he's he lives on the other side of the other side of the project. You know where the suburbs
Kevelyn (15:04)
Yeah.
Kiara (15:05)
are, where like it it goes to the nice part of the neighborhood. I just don't get it either. I'm sorry. Here we go.
Tanesha (15:09)
He's on the corner.
His house is on the corner of Hood in Trickville. Mm-hmm.
Kiara (15:15)
And Trickville. I feel like Trick was closer
to the hood. Like, you know, I feel like
Kevelyn (15:18)
Sorry.
Tanesha (15:19)
Yeah.
Kiara (15:21)
I feel like because you know I did, you know, I lived adjacent to the hood too, so I get it. I get it. So I'm like, you know, that nice housing development on the side.
Kevelyn (15:31)
Yeah.
Kiara (15:34)
Y'all should see
Tanesha (15:32)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (15:35)
what laughing at and you would understand so much.
Kevelyn (15:38)
Sorry, I'm back.
Kiara (15:39)
Y'all know that, you know.
91210. I mean, welcome to my life, y'all. All these numbers. I feel like you know, that house on the corner next to the project, the one that you always
Tanesha (15:51)
Not the house on the corner.
Kiara (15:52)
passed, you know what I'm saying? Because they they they lived in both. I feel like Trick might have lived there. You know what I'm saying? I feel like Melo was on the other other side of town and he would visit Trick and then he would play it. But more importantly.
Tanesha (16:02)
you know
Wait, you remember that show? That show on B E T where all the black people what was that? Baldwin Hills? They thought they were
Kiara (16:11)
Yes.
Tanesha (16:12)
kinda hood, but they were just the black people in that's where he's from.
Kiara (16:16)
She kinda brought up ball one hood. You what? Here, my point is hood adjacent. I don't really get it. But I am happy, Candace, that he is on our screen. Now, why he had to go get the hood hair special.
Tanesha (16:30)
Yeah.
Kiara (16:32)
I don't know. And I love Visa Carmelo. But I was like, you literally went to a barber shop and you was like, Hey, you see Coolio, I need to get something like
Kevelyn (16:43)
Yeah.
Kiara (16:43)
that, but just not up. You know what I'm saying? I need to get something down.
And
Kevelyn (16:46)
Ooh, all right.
Kiara (16:48)
as someone who has a boy child who refuses to cut his hair, I get it. Just don't know why you did this, but it looked good.
But he fits
Kevelyn (17:03)
Definitely good.
Kiara (17:04)
right into that group in the sense of now he looks more street. But he has never been that way. I think that's what's making me a little bit more
Tanesha (17:12)
He's the Timu of Switch
Street. Timu.
Kiara (17:17)
I just feel like he wasn't it just don't make sense to me. That's all. I I like seeing him on my screen. I feel like putting him in a feud for the US title would have made more sense. I feel like they should have it, it wasn't as much of a a shocker or the impact that I think they might have been looking.
I'ma just put this up here. I know I'm not the only one. Not the only
Tanesha (17:36)
He definitely looks like he definitely was like you
got y your your mom's like he has to
come with you. Man or from baby boy. He looks like he was Snoop Dogg from Baby Boy sitting on the chair on on the the bike.
Kevelyn (17:49)
Not the ch all right.
Kiara (17:49)
He did. He
he he ordered hood basic. Sorry he did.
Kevelyn (17:53)
Yeah.
Kiara (17:55)
And I am mad at you. He went to the he went to the city trends and was like, let me see what we could do real quick. Like,
Kevelyn (18:02)
Okay.
Kiara (18:03)
I can't. Yes, Candace. I feel like they needed to give us something more, and I think they were trying to do it from like a surprise. But let me tell you something. I know that man's eyes anywhere.
So the fact that he pulled up I said, Tell me that's not Carmelo Hayes I was like,
Kevelyn (18:20)
Yeah.
Kiara (18:21)
Tell me that's not him. But all right. I am glad he's in the main event story.
Tanesha (18:24)
It was li it was see.
I can't say what I was gonna say. Never mind. I need to
Kiara (18:28)
boy.
Tanesha (18:29)
find some.
Kiara (18:30)
I just feel like I'm glad he's in the main event story. I don't know if this is a good idea.
I feel like he needs to stand on his own a little bit more. But also I have never seen Carmelo in a faction. Him and Trick Mello gang was just them too. It was just two. So I'm not sure how I'm gonna feel about this. But I I'll ride with it, even though I think it's hood lights and I don't know, you know. It would have been better if he was the one driving the car.
Kevelyn (19:00)
Think that would have made sense.
Kiara (19:03)
Cause I'm like Jada easily slip into hood. Like that's easy. Cause she's been kind of hood all the time. But for Carmelo, it's like it you like a lawyer. You know what I'm saying? Like I just don't I don't Anyway, so that's how we felt about that. All right, can we talk about Crown Jewel and the fact that they don't know what they want to do about this event? I mean, I truly am concerned about the talent safety. We're gonna get into more Riyadh in a minute. But I
I don't understand what the holdup is for things like that. Like if you actually work there and you are going to be having to travel to the Middle East, wouldn't you be a little bit concerned? Like I feel like even if I was a wife, I would've told Roman, you know what you ain't doing this week. I mean, you better tell him you sick or something. You can't make it. Like, I don't know. But or we're gonna have to fly you there ahead of time because you can't be in the same plane as seven hundred other people.
So I just I just don't like the idea that they won't pivot from this, even though I do understand that it's a huge financially important thing for them. I will give you that. It is big on them financially. You so funny. Listen here. 946-223-7089 does not need another member.
They don't need another member. They need to establish the members as is right now. Like, I still need you to tell me how mellow makes sense. Asking for a friend. You the friend? Are you the friend, Regaline?
Kevelyn (20:41)
Nice.
That's funny.
Kiara (20:46)
Just
I mean I respect that, but I'm just saying I don't need her there. Kalani looks like the bad girl right now on NXT. I don't know if y'all saw her hair this week, but she looked like she went to Weaves Art Quest. And you know what it is. When you get it laid, it's laid, and you'll be accepted. Like that's a hood special.
Kevelyn (21:00)
She looked at me.
Kiara (21:01)
Okay? They might have worked together. That's a hood special. And she came off real bad this week. Do I think I want to see her next to Jada as friends? Absolutely.
Don't you dare. Don't you dare. Them two gonna be fighting forever. my y'all are funny. This can't just be me.
They gonna get their token white guy at LA Night. I thought about that too, y'all. I thought about that too. I was like, listen.
Kevelyn (21:34)
He on
the way. In case she didn't know.
Kiara (21:40)
There's always gotta be one. There's always
Kevelyn (21:40)
He tired.
Kiara (21:42)
gotta be one. Eventually Jacob go club back. So there's always gotta be one. I just feel like, you know.
You think they'll pivot? I don't think so. I think that I think Triple H said this pretty recently is that like under no circumstances do they plan to pivot from this. And I don't know if it was Triple H or if it was someone else higher up in TKO, but they don't want to because again that's a huge money situation for them. But I'm really hoping that they, you know, pivot and it they change their mind before November tenth. All right, let's see.
Y'all are funny. A stock. Y'all are the best. I missed y'all. Let's see. No, you didn't, Reginald. Listen. You never
Kevelyn (22:27)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (22:28)
know about Mello. He could be from the same side of town in Boston that Bobby Brown is. But is Bobby Hood or was he always protecting?
No. You don't think so?
Tanesha (22:38)
No. I mean, do I think
Kiara (22:39)
What do I do?
Tanesha (22:40)
Whitney was more hood than he was? Yes, but I don't think he was pretending to be hood.
Kiara (22:45)
I think he would never mind. We're gonna good.
Kevelyn (22:47)
We've gone left. We've gone left.
Kiara (22:50)
Yep. Anyway, all right. LA Knight wears Tim's so he could fit in, Candace. For real. He c he could fit it because he wears Tibs. You know what? I love this for y'all. And if I'm being honest, Dalton is should not host Saudi Arabia the first place. Well, they're getting paid a boatload of money. So we always knew that was gonna happen. The thing is, do I think they need back to back ones where we're there for crown jewel, because I even forgot what it's called. And then
We're gonna be back there for what? WrestleMania next year? Like I I hope that there's peace that reigns before that. Cause if not, they're gonna have to be it's gonna be in worse condition than it is now. All right, next story. 'Cause there's one more I just found out about. Max Caster. Thank you on my swear. Thank you for telling me he was with Menace and Roxbury. I'm pretty I did see the new new edition movie on V T, so I feel
validated to say maybe I'm wrong. But all right, so Max Castor, he was recently hired and fired by TNA after Bound for Glory. because you know of his rap which in which he talked about dropping bombs. Riyadh. And yeah it's been scrubbed so if you're trying to find it now good luck. But they said I feel like do we think TNA should have known
better?
Knowing how many times he's gotten in trouble in AEW for his
Kevelyn (24:17)
I think that they should have paid more attention. I definitely do. especially if this is something that he's known for. but you know, people make mistakes. I don't think he should have necessarily got fired right away like that, but you know. We do things to save face, I guess.
Kiara (24:39)
No deal,
You might be right.
Tanesha (24:41)
I will say.
Kiara (24:43)
I love y'all. Y'all the best art of my birthday. Shouldn't whoever produced
Tanesha (24:47)
I would say that
Kiara (24:48)
that match proofread. You know they don't do that there.
Tanesha (24:55)
I I'm gonna say no. I think they're I think as a culture everything is so oversensitive and I don't think he was saying anything disrespectful. It wasn't like he was saying throwing like I heard some of his other raps and some of I was like, Mmm,
Kevelyn (25:12)
Yeah.
Tanesha (25:13)
sir, I think you should get popped in your mouth for that. But this I got where he was saying where he was coming from. And it wasn't like a
I could see how it could be offensive to somebody, but I don't think it was worth him being fired, maybe suspended, but not with you know but also you hired him knowing that he does that. So was it because
Kevelyn (25:41)
Yeah.
Tanesha (25:43)
the was it because
Kiara (25:42)
I think right. Did you hire him for that appeal?
Tanesha (25:46)
like was it because you got backlash from the main office?
Was it because 'cause to be fair, like I didn't see nothing in the in the wrestling world complaining about it. But then again I don't you know, I d I just don't think he should have got fired.
But I also think that you pretty much put egg on your face knowing that he would say something offensive. 'Cause that's what he's known for.
Kiara (26:19)
In fact, yes. Also think that's probably why they brought him to the table. And did it not give them more eyes?
I'm not saying all publicity is good publicity, but I also I understand their sensitivity around that. But I also feel like in hip hop culture, saying stuff like that is not necessarily offensive. He was just reporting basically the news. Like he's basically telling you what is happening in the world. He's not saying it's right or wrong. He didn't he didn't do that. He just said dropping bombs, like which is literally what was happening.
So I'm just like, I don't know that that is the proper response. He did not say anything as offensive as he normally does. So I'm like, yeah, I don't feel like that was a thing. That should have been for real. Penta for champion, alright, Fire Spirit. Thanks for stopping by, Penta. Now I got something hot off the presses for y'all. You ready? Before we move on to our ring tide report. Mm-hmm. WWE and Montez Ford facing a lawsuit over lap dance entrance.
Kevelyn (27:23)
I'm sorry.
Kiara (27:24)
Mm-hmm. So it's a
Tanesha (27:25)
you mean the white you
mean the white man is is sitting here falling for lap dance even though he was sitting right there?
Kiara (27:32)
On july sixth of WWE Raw, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, the Street Prophets, lost the World Tag Team titles to Braun Breaker and Austin Theory at the Allstate Arena in Illinois. But it's what took place before the match that led to a lawsuit against Ford and WWE in the circuit court of Cook County. Thank you to Sports Illustrated, because this is where I'm getting this from.
According to someone Brandon Thurston of Post Wrestling, like I don't know who this is, so force illustrated, they run in it, so I'm being no. A Cook County Sheriff's Officer who was working at the Allstate Arena as an off duty security guard has filed a lawsuit against the company and Montez Ford over an unwanted sexualized lap dance at the event during the Street Profits in the lawsuit alleges fourteen counts, including assault,
Battery, intentional infliction of emotional stress, and violations of the Illinois Gender Violence Act. Due to this incident, Lucas claims that he has suffered humiliation, embarrassment, and emotional distress.
The lap dance incident likely happened during an international commercial break on Raw, as the on-demand episode cuts to a break earlier in the Street Prophet's entrance. Still, clips from the international commercial breaks often make their way online via social media, and this was no exception. So I will absolutely link to this. We refuse to say that name, CJ. Alright.
So yeah, I'm I'm gonna go ahead and link to the story if you want, but I had to just throw this up here because it just happened like an hour ago. So he states in the lawsuit that Ford danced toward him without warning and without his consent.
Tanesha (29:27)
You know what he could have did? Got up and walk away. But he didn't. I'm watching it right now. Yes, okay, it was a little hmm.
Kiara (29:34)
Candace says she was at the show. All right, so Candace, did it seem inappropriate? How did you feel watching it? Did you feel like he violated man's rights?
Tanesha (29:41)
And he's laughing.
Kiara (29:43)
be sharing this clip i can't do it because we live stream it right now but like y'all gotta see this
Tanesha (29:49)
He looked like he was a part of the show.
Kiara (29:51)
He did not. He looked mad. But he was sitting there. He could have moved.
Tanesha (29:57)
Exactly.
Kiara (30:00)
You wanna know what happened to him? Why don't you go ahead and Google him speaking?
'Cause again, we won't be repeating that name once.
Tanesha (30:08)
Wait, why what happened? I'm very confused.
Kevelyn (30:11)
We can talk about it offline.
Kiara (30:12)
Yeah, right. We can.
even have windows. Not gonna
Kevelyn (30:19)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (30:20)
We're not getting into that. Anyway, now I think it's time. Like, I feel like that was a good question for me. So if you guys are just now hearing about this security guard situation, I'm gonna need y'all to sound up. I'm gonna need y'all to tell me what you think. Do you think it was worth it? You can go ahead to sports illustrated and watch the video.
Maybe, but that's not the thing we're talking about. And so do you feel like this was an appropriate thing? Do you feel like he is right for a lawsuit? Like based on this situation? I'm gonna pop this in the chat for y'all so y'all
Tanesha (30:53)
No, I think he's reaching.
Kiara (30:54)
to see it.
Tanesha (30:55)
No, I think he's I think he's reaching because he's just trying to get paid.
Kiara (31:02)
Actually I'm just gonna put it in the chat down here for everybody so you can go because I can't share it. So y'all can go and look at the article. Hello, hello.
Tanesha (31:06)
'Cause this was also also this was
in this was in July. hi brother.
This was in July and we're now hearing about it in October, which means you had a lot to think about.
And either people are making fun of you or whatever the case is, or you're just like, you know what? I could get paid. Let me sue. Let me find all the charges I can sue for.
I think it's stupid.
Kiara (31:42)
CJ, we'll be here a minute. Don't worry. We'll be here a minute. We'll be here. I can't tell you, we're not gonna discuss him on this air, but I will definitely again.
It's a real quick Google search. You could just pop that in. Okay, let's see. Candace said she was at the show. Get our our first hair. I didn't see it clearly, but I think I remember the guy looking uncomfortable, maybe, or maybe trying to look professional. so I just put the link in the chat for you guys to take a look. Are you a regular here or are you still new? I don't know, CJ. Are you a regular?
And with that
Off we come. Even though I do think the one other thing I did want to mention is y'all do know Tiffany seems quite injured. so again, not really sure why they let her win money in the bank again, knowing that. Especially knowing that that would have been a good moment to pivot. But anyway, let's hit the ringside report.
Kevelyn (32:45)
Let's do it.
Kiara (32:57)
There are two of her here replied.
Tanesha (33:01)
Wait, is two of me there?
Kevelyn (33:03)
There was for a second.
Kiara (33:05)
I got rid of the other one. It was too too many. That was too much. That
was crazy work.
Tanesha (33:10)
yeah can't have me?
can you imagine if I was a twin? my god.
Kevelyn (33:13)
No.
Kiara (33:15)
Send help, Jesus.
Kevelyn (33:16)
I
love you. Alright, moving on.
Kiara (33:19)
Good help, God. I don't think I'ma make it if there was two. Anyway. He said my baby Tiffany deserves the world. Okay, who else agrees with CJ? I just want y'all and me, y'all here. You gotta tell us. Do you feel like
Kevelyn (33:33)
Hmm. I don't
Kiara (33:35)
Tiffany deserves we be having some real talks every time we hear? We do! That's the kind of situation.
Kevelyn (33:43)
Sing double.
Kiara (33:43)
are my favorite.
Y'all are my favorite. All right, can we talk what else from Money in the Bank did y'all want to talk about? Like we briefly talked about how Liv Morgan reclaimed the goal. That was terrible. But I will tell you the men's Money in the Bank match was probably my favorite match. It was so good.
Now you you not up here singing. Listen. CJ pulled the song lyrics in the chat, y'all. But here we go. Like anything else you want to talk about that was notable for money in the bank? For instance, Javon's stealing the ambulance only to make it right back through it. I thought through
Kevelyn (34:21)
I'm sorry. It's not funny.
Kiara (34:24)
the top. You kinda I mean it
Kevelyn (34:26)
Listen,
it brought me back to like early two thousands. I was appreciative of the ambulance coming to the ring. It was very theatrical and I kinda loved it. I didn't think it was gonna make
Kiara (34:39)
Right.
Kevelyn (34:40)
it to the top of it, you know, but you know, that's a choice.
Kiara (34:45)
kinda felt like I knew it was gonna happen once he like looked at I said something's about to happen with this because I was like he looking at it he's sizing it up so this is bad but having him drive back was cool that was cool seeing
Kevelyn (34:56)
yes.
Kiara (34:57)
how b messed up he looked on Monday I was like send some prayer and some oil for my guy like we just we need to add him to the prayer group sir I'm gonna need your limbs
Kevelyn (35:06)
No, seriously.
Kiara (35:07)
to stay attached we love you too much we can't just you you too young we need you but here for a while we need you here for a while
And I also think,
Kevelyn (35:15)
Yo he quitado.
Kiara (35:17)
do you like beyond what we just talked about with Braun Baker Breaker, is there somebody else that you would think you wanted to win that match instead? Who you think could have had a really good storyline?
Kevelyn (35:28)
it would have been cool to see Javon win. I feel like he's on the come up. And I I do like that Penta one. I'll give it to him 'cause I feel like he's also like they're in their own lanes, but they're each like doing really well right now. So I I would have been happy with either one of those. I'm not really a Braunbreaker fan, but you know that's just me.
Tanesha (35:52)
I mean, I think the fact that now the money in a bank is not just for the world championship, it's for any title. I definitely would have liked to see Javon because he could have cashed in on anybody. But I do agree with somebody in the chat thinking that Penta's gonna probably cash in on Grande Americano, because that makes sense. I can't see him going after Roman and losing. Like I need him to win something.
Kiara (36:23)
Smart. I mean, there's another title. Rome is not the only title holder. He could always challenge Sammy Zayn.
Tanesha (36:30)
Yeah.
Right, but
I think Sammy has his hands full over there on SmackDown. I don't think he he needs sad extra people.
Kevelyn (36:45)
He certainly was.
Kiara (36:47)
Yeah.
Anyway, here's the thing. I feel like there were so many other directions we probably could have gone in, right? Like Kevin Owens would have been a fun one, I feel like. anything he does is hilarious. Trick, I I understand maybe why Trick isn't the winner, but I also feel like this is my problem about putting champions in this match already. Because if you can challenge for any championship, why should they be in the match?
CJ there's more to it than that.
So you gotta keep digging, look more recently. But I just feel like there were some opportunities to like further storylines. Do I think CM Punk and Kevin Owens is done? No, because I feel like Sammy this is gonna be we're gonna be in kafluffles for this little while. Like just like I'm like I'm pretty sure Cody and Randy aren't done, like we're gonna be in kerfluffles for a while.
But I also feel like could they have built it out a little bit more? Did we need another match, another women's match, for instance? Could we have had Charlotte and Jade? Could we have had a match like that should have moved from SmackDown that should have moved to this instead? To me, I just feel like it felt light. And it could be because AEW keeps us fed. Like we'd be so busy. Or you AEW that like fair.
Kevelyn (38:05)
He needs to cross
Kiara (38:07)
You gonna get
kicked out, Reggie. You gotta kick out.
Kevelyn (38:14)
He gotta go home.
Kiara (38:12)
Don't do it to be. Now he could
Tanesha (38:14)
I mean,
Kiara (38:14)
have went through the ambulance
Tanesha (38:14)
but to be fair.
Kiara (38:15)
top.
Could they have ran him over with the ambulance? That would have been funny. That would have took me peak
Kevelyn (38:18)
No
Kiara (38:19)
nineteen ninety. I mean, if we get ran over by things and Jacob had to get ran over, I'm just saying. I'm just saying he could have just found himself there.
Kevelyn (38:30)
We don't need him no more. I'm just saying.
Kiara (38:33)
back home
he can make guest appearances during PLEs I feel like leave trick a look can we get a six PLE map you know what I'm saying I feel like no that's not happening I feel like as soon as they get to match six they exit out they're just like nah too we're gonna give it to you on SmackDown
Okay. I just feel like with what's going on with Tiffany, not Tiffany, with what's going on on SmackDown, they had more opportunities. We got Julia and the and and and and all the things going with Julia and Blake in the dramas of it all. I feel like there
Kevelyn (39:07)
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Kiara (39:08)
was more that could have been done for this particular PLE. It just felt too light. And I know the money in the bank matches are the highlight, but there still could have been a little bit more, I feel.
Like they just it was too light for me, and it was kind of boring. Respectfully, we don't need any more celebrities. Can I get that in a plaque? Can we send that in a letter? Got me thinking about Aliyah. We need to send a four page letter. We're not closing it with a case, we might close it with a match. Like, I just need it to not be worth see. Send these people home. All right, next. Let's talk Monday Night Raw. How did you feel about Raw?
Tanesha (39:50)
It was boring.
Kiara (39:51)
Really? That's what you got?
Tanesha (39:51)
That's how I felt. That's
Kevelyn (39:53)
I don't
Tanesha (39:53)
how I felt. Or what or am I thinking about last raw? All I know is one of these rows were boring. They just talked too much. Or maybe that was SmackDown. Whatever. One whatever one one of the ones that would happen within the last couple of days, it was boring because they just talked. And they just conversated and talked and talked and talked. And you're looking at them like, why is thirty minutes of you just talking?
Kiara (40:17)
Fair.
Tanesha (40:17)
You wasted thirty minutes.
to talk and then give me a match in between and then gave me another thirty minutes of somebody talking. Maybe a smack down I'm thinking about. So you know what? I'm sorry. It was raw too, see?
Kiara (40:31)
It's not.
Tanesha (40:32)
Okay. So to me it's boring. When I have to cipher through why
Kiara (40:36)
Yeah.
Tanesha (40:37)
you've given me this promo, why am I listening to you talk right now? Why is it twenty minutes long?
Kevelyn (40:46)
Yeah.
Tanesha (40:48)
The only match I will say, thank you, Chad Gables and Ray Phoenix match was incredible.
Kiara (40:55)
Mm, mm, mm.
Kevelyn (40:55)
Did that.
Tanesha (40:57)
Does that make it up for the 30 minutes of talking in between? No. But that match was amazing.
Kiara (41:04)
It was. It was incredible. I just was like, my god, this match is so good. But I was stressed out about his ankle. I think we were just all in the emotions when we got there. Because I definitely wasn't, I ain't gonna hold you. I wasn't paying attention at beginning. I was like, I'm gonna take a nap and then wake up towards the end when 94662 through three shows up. Like that was my plan. It's like I'll wake up towards the end. But I felt like
That was incredible and I th I was happy that they gave them all the time that they did. But it also reminds me that like as we e even are watching the new level in AEW, like what would happen if you gave more people quality time and you could really see them wrestle?
Which is something we don't really get to see. So that was
Tanesha (41:50)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (41:50)
like an anomaly really. And I was like, not Gable talking about yes, I'm a stay being IC champion. And me being like, Well dang, I hope you didn't break Ray Phoenix because we're gonna need him for the rest of the shows this week. Since he the only one traveling. We're gonna need him.
This can't be just throw hands like an episode of baddies. I know that's right. It is not three hours. I think it's like two hours and
Tanesha (42:15)
It's two and a half hours. It seems like it it seems like it's three hours because of the commercials. That's the other thing. They're infomercials.
Kiara (42:17)
Sometimes, sometimes, and I think a good portion of that is commercials. Yeah. And I think the commercials actually take more
time. Yeah. They're more time than that. I would say the commercials, like somebody taped it one day, and I think it was like we had an hour and 30 minutes of matches and the rest were commercials. Because you know, that's what we'd be going through. Anyway, all right, so
Tanesha (42:38)
I mean at this point they can just go back to USA
if I'm gonna have commercials.
Kiara (42:45)
They won't get as much money. Alright, but we also know we got champion champion versus champion at crown jewel, live Morgan versus Chelsea Green and Roman versus Sammy Zane. Any excitement about that?
Tanesha (43:00)
Well, at least Sammy can rub in his face that he's a champion.
Kiara (43:07)
And can. And can. That's
Tanesha (43:10)
But do I think Sammy's gonna win? No.
But then again, maybe. Maybe.
Kiara (43:19)
I think Sammy will only win if we see some, you know, the thing we always see, which is interference. Then Sammy will
Kevelyn (43:27)
Mm.
Kiara (43:29)
win. For sure. Because nine four six six two three eight nine two will be there. So there's no way. Or they'll show up at the end. I mean, I don't know. I mean, I was gonna say something completely inappropriate. I'll talk about that often. Anyway. All right, Roman winning.
I will say I did like the Liv Morgan and Chelsea Green segment. I do think Chelsea just steps it up every time you see her, and that's something that not everybody gives you. But also it it sh highlights how the women's matches are not just like getting the attention they need. Because there's so many other things that could be happening. Raquel has a championship. Did we remember that? Did anybody? When's the last time
Kevelyn (44:16)
She not defending it.
Kiara (44:17)
she
defended that. I doubt she'll defend it in Riyadh either. So we just gonna hold on to it and take it nine nine, you know, go to sleep with it like it's a teddy beer. Like I just don't understand. Like it makes no sense to read that you have a title that never goes anywhere. Especially now that Ray Phoenix is going everywhere with his title. And I would argue Triple A has some great talent. So why shouldn't we be all across everything with these titles? So it just to me is disappointing.
poor Chelsea did get her her bell clocked, but
Kevelyn (44:52)
She did.
Kiara (44:54)
I'm really ready for the judgment day to break up. I feel like we keep saying it, but I've been ready. I stay ready. I'm 100% ready. I don't know why we are still here. I am hoping that we finally reach the point where Roxanne is annoyed with being kind of pushed to the side. Because if not, I might have to go on strike. I'm not gonna hope.
Kevelyn (45:12)
Not straight.
Kiara (45:13)
Like I don't think I can keep doing this. I'm just gonna have to skip it. Anyway, the other thing we should talk about.
Tanesha (45:19)
You know what I also
don't like is that they're about to recycle the same story that they did with Naya and Tiffany. Well that's if she comes back.
Kiara (45:25)
Yes.
Yes, actually. Yes. And I also forget who has the actual championships. And I have this happen every time we do these shows. Where I'm like, wait, who's the title holder, guys? I gotta I gotta Google. Because I don't know. Because they never ever defend them. There is no tag team division. I will agree with you on that one. I feel like the tag team division is missing. Where is it? We don't know. Well, we do know where all the other people are. They went to ADW.
Kevelyn (45:53)
They did.
Kiara (45:54)
They're over there having banging matches. Like we getting ready to see FTR and the Motor City Machine Guns. Like that sounds amazing. You can see in a new level, mixing it up. I'm just saying, I I know where they are. That's where tag team division is. It's not in the depth three. And that's really disappointing because for the street profits, it's like, do you stay there?
You move on.
Kevelyn (46:18)
They have no storyline.
Kiara (46:22)
There is no. I was like, We saw the War Raiders for the four hundredth time on SmackDown.
Kevelyn (46:30)
Sorry. That's not
Kiara (46:31)
Anyway,
all right, I do want to talk a little bound for glory because we really haven't had a lot of exposure with T and A. So let's talk TNA. I swear I'm gonna have to have a new segment for each of these.
I need y'all thoughts because y'all be the ones who catch us up. Like, where is John when I need him? Because Vile for Glory. finally, I'm so excited about Leon Slater after.
Like to me, that would be the only reason he's supposed to be there.
But I just feel like to see him be the youngest champion, to see how well they treat him, I'm really happy that he is hanging out there temporarily. Now do I think he's gonna have to find somewhere else to be at some point? Yes. But he's he's a big dog in a small pond right now. And he's doing amazing things. So that was exciting to see. And he beat Nick Nemeth.
Kevelyn (47:30)
Yeah.
Kiara (47:31)
Yeah.
We also got a new knockouts title holder, 'cause Mickey James is the referee, y'all. Mm mm. Well Indy Hartwell, the Zaya Brooks eye.
See, thank you, Candace. Candace is excited about Liana Indy. I don't know if I'm excited about Indy. I'm gonna hold you. I think I need to watch some more of her recent work to see how excited I'm gonna be. Yeah, I know Ilya went over to AEW. They just they did a promo this week, I think on collision. You know, foreshadowing his appearance with the nice clothes. At least he ain't up there looking like Andrade in his grandpa clothes and hat. hello, hello, hello. Welcome, coach.
Sorry, anybody else? Well also Avery Styles debuted in the Call Your Shot got. Like Avery. Like AJ Styles son.
Kevelyn (48:26)
That's pretty cool.
Kiara (48:29)
So he's he's getting a quick rise. I'm a little scared because usually we saw what happened to Stingson. Like I feel like
Kevelyn (48:35)
I know.
Kiara (48:36)
we need time. I need a little bit more time before I want him to be all, you know, up there doing the things. But it's exciting to see that.
And then what else?
Yeah, that was pretty much it. I mean my god, yes, yes,
Tanesha (48:51)
Shane Ba Shina.
Kiara (48:55)
Shayna showing up with Zoe. my gosh. I'm so excited about that. So I feel like TNA's about to get a new viewer again. Like I feel like I'm not I need to pay attention because I love me, Shayna. I'm excited about that. I haven't really been excited very much, but I didn't realize that they had more women kind of floating through there because even having like the
Kira Hogan and other stars starting to make their way there. I'm kinda excited to see what could be happening. Because like I said, they were really light. They've been really, really light in the women's division. For someone that was so for a division that was well known for that. Alright, guys.
I'm so ready for AEW. I need to talk to y'all about this.
Dynamite was so good. Collision was so good. We do want to say rest in peace to Pac. We weren't here during that time. That was very sad. and so sending our absolute all well wishes to his family and his friends. I still can't watch that episode. I'm gonna cry. So I cannot. But very sad to see that he's no longer with us. But I will tell you, it was spicy this week, okay? I gotta tell you about Adam Copeland's promo, y'all.
'Cause I'm not sure y'all had a chance to hear.
Tanesha (50:16)
I seen it. And I wanted
Kiara (50:17)
You see it?
Tanesha (50:18)
to say something crazy, but I didn't.
Kiara (50:21)
I'm glad. But we found out that Christian was hurt in the tables, ladders, and chairs match, which I did call immediately.
Tanesha (50:27)
What who would have thought it? Who would have thought it?
Kevelyn (50:30)
Stopping.
Tanesha (50:31)
What?
Kiara (50:32)
Wait,
you all won a day. It was a good tradition.
Kevelyn (50:36)
Leave him alone.
Kiara (50:37)
Yeah, Shotzi is joining T I know, right? Wouldn't that be cool if Shotzi joined T see what I'm saying? I'm excited. Yes, I agree with you too about T reviving itself. But all right, so he broke three ribs in that match. He also had a collapsed lung, and one rib was broken in three places. So here's what my
Kevelyn (50:58)
And that's great.
Kiara (50:59)
notes said. Apparently
Adam Copeland is having a come to Jesus moment because he recognized that posters, his posters are no longer on teenager's walls. That was a choice of words. Okay. And that his last year in pro wrestling is next year, 2027. So he announced he's gonna be retiring.
Kevelyn (51:23)
Wow.
Kiara (51:24)
next year. And that now he's going for the AEW championship. Which I mean I ain't gonna hold you.
interesting to see that.
Kevelyn (51:36)
Forget it on his way out.
Kiara (51:39)
I feel like he'll get it too. I feel like Tony's good for that. Tony's good for giving you, like, you know, your biggest wish before you leave. But I also think that Adam is just he's so solid with them. And I think to be able to go out on his own terms is something he's wanted to do. I'm glad that he had a bit of a come to Jesus moment because I think we've talked about the grandpas enough. Then he just words, not mine. and how they have gone through
all of the the newer talent and the things like I just
We know you're talented. We also know you probably shouldn't have been in that match. Okay? And when he went down, I literally said that. I said, my god, he's so hurt right now. And we ain't see him again until the end of the match.
Kevelyn (52:31)
Yeah.
Kiara (52:34)
So, all right Senatha, what you gonna say? You will be using this. Do teenagers even use paper posters anymore? No.
Kevelyn (52:41)
They do not.
Kiara (52:42)
Do they buy magazines like we used to?
Tanesha (52:45)
No. I don't even think they got team b I don't even think
Kiara (52:46)
I think that's a Pinterest thing now.
Tanesha (52:48)
they I don't even think they got team bop or team whatever or whatever.
Kiara (52:52)
I feel like I saw a teen something the other day. Was it teen both? I don't know. I again think we don't even stop in the stores and watch it anymore.
Kevelyn (53:02)
No.
Kiara (53:04)
How did you beat me to where I'm about to go, Candace? There's a brand new match that they're debuting in this weekend.
What's it called? Mercy, sorry. I forgot it again. Wrestle Dream. There you go.
Kevelyn (53:16)
A dream hold on. Thank you. Yep.
Kiara (53:21)
If y'all knew how sweepy I was, you would be amazed at
But it's a brand new match and I had to write down the daggone rules because I sat here in utter confusion listening to Renee try to explain what was happening. Because it's basically a mashup of two matches. And there's seven hundred million, that's right, Candace, people in this daggone match. And I was like, who who came up with this nonsense? So here we go. Mm mm.
Will Osprey versus Samoa Joe versus Mike Bailey versus Adam Copeland versus Takashka versus Akata versus Ricochet versus Darby Allen for the world title. And the way here's the rules, because I had I had to write I'd take notes. Here we go. Two men start the match, and every three minutes another competitor enters until all eight are in.
If anyone is pinned or submitted before all eight are in there, they're completely eliminated from the match. However, after all people are there, it moves on to the next round. So it's technically two rounds. And the second round is the scoring round, in which pinfalls and submissions matter. And the goal is to get as many of those before the time runs out to be the winner in AEWG.
I feel like that match is gonna be utter and complete chaos. And I'm here for it.
I'm so excited about this. Like I can't even tell you. I was sitting here, I was like, who knew? It was this weekend. I didn't know and I'm so excited. I'm so
Kevelyn (55:01)
That's gonna be fun to watch for sure, something new.
Kiara (55:03)
It's gonna
be insane. And yes, I said Russell Dream, who came up with this name too. I do I also think their name of their pay-per-views are s are random and probably an AI experiment. In which case I need you to use better AI. But I just y'all don't know. Anyway, so that's what I got. There was some stuff beyond that. I did see the promo you were talking about, Tanisha. We had a conversation off air about John Moxley.
His promo after he lost to Mark Davis. Question mark, question mark, which is literally what I wrote. He said championship scramble. I mean, that's not a terrible one. Who is getting a pen with eight people in the ring? Well, you know what they're gonna do, Candace. They're gonna like, you know, they're gonna do other things.
Kevelyn (55:54)
Many out of the ring.
Kiara (55:55)
Right. They're gonna like put other people on hate it, hiatus. You how they do this like they did in the table, ladders and chairs bags. Somebody gonna be sleep outside.
Somebody gonna be rolling under the ring. Like we we not gonna we don't need all eight people in the ring at the same time. And you don't get eliminated for going over the you know, the top rope. So it's gonna be crazy. It's gonna be crazy. Alright, so let's talk about that program. I I know Moxie's going through a hard time.
But his promo
in which he's like he's just in so much pain was a little disturbing. I did feel like I was like I understand why Renee would like, Ooh, what is wrong with my husband? Because I would have I would have felt the same way. Like he clearly was breaking a little bit. But I also think some of that might be grief. Right? Like there's you know well somebody who you were close to who was in your group passed away recently. That's a lot to go through for anybody. So I kind of feel like there's a there's a piece there that makes sense. So
I don't know. It made me feel the way.
Tanesha (57:04)
But you didn't see what I was talking
Kiara (57:05)
But
Tanesha (57:05)
about though?
Kiara (57:07)
when Marina leaned in and was like, lock in
Tanesha (57:11)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (57:11)
I didn't really think so. I did Tedisha had a had a particular thought that she felt like it was a
As a wife, you you kind of feel okay. Like you're like, What's wrong with my husband? Something wrong here. But I like, I didn't really feel like that. I just felt like he was in character and she was just like
Okay, I'm out here. But also, can somebody give Renee ha hazard pay? Because the way she having to run out the way from everybody fighting everybody else, I was like, ma'am, like I hope she getting paid properly for having to jump and run because that was crazy. You were about to cry after the mox promo. I think we all were to a degree. He you can tell he really feels things deeply, and I don't love seeing him like that.
I just don't love seeing him like that. I hope he doesn't lose his title to
Yes, person.
He better not. I hope he doesn't lose his title. No CJ, they did not split.
They're still married.
But I do feel like watching them play those roles of the characters was something. It was a really different dynamic, right? Like I'm I can't be wrong.
So
Now that we've talked through all of these things, we have a new segment for you guys.
It is called Mama's Favorite of the Week.
And so we're gonna ask you guys who your standout performer was to speak.
Nobody does. So who do you think across all the things that we saw this week was your favorite wrestler, performer, or segment?
Kevelyn (59:02)
Yes.
Kiara (59:04)
Yes, that's awesome.
Kevelyn (59:05)
Okay,
mine was across all of them. Okay, can I give you two? Okay. All right, so the first one would have probably been sorry. The first one was probably Ray Phoenix and Chad, because I felt like that was an amazing match.
Kiara (59:24)
Okay.
Kevelyn (59:25)
and then I think the next one for me was probably Oba because I just love seeing him, you know, do his thing.
Just gonna be honest.
Kiara (59:35)
Fair.
Candace said gable bo.
What you got to meet?
Tanesha (59:42)
Well she took my person and you said in the outline
Kevelyn (59:43)
My bad.
Tanesha (59:44)
we can't like repeat it. So not
Kiara (59:46)
We can't repeat, no.
Tanesha (59:49)
we had to give her two
Kiara (59:53)
I'm sorry, next time in the future, only one. My bad.
Kevelyn (59:57)
I took but I took a mope. I'm sorry, y'all.
Tanesha (1:00:01)
all right, hold on. Now I gotta think. No.
Kiara (1:00:02)
I didn't think it was gonna be her taking the favorites. All right, while you fake, I'm gonna give you mine.
So
My favorite, you know.
This is actually a little harder than I thought it was. I'm like, I got lean in a couple different ways. I did think NXT was good this week. I'm going with Rin Sinclair. Because let me tell you something about my girl.
She said, Yeah, I about to count me out. Like, I'll go be audited. I love that she seems underrated. Like she was like, I'm not the biggest name in this locker room. And I'm like, You are not, but you are also phenomenal. Like that girl is good. And watching her lean into the feeling of like having her best friend out is special. So I feel like that was a good she's one of my favorites this week, if I had to pick someone. Though sidebar.
watching Tristan Angels and Shekwan Sugars. Very funny.
Kevelyn (1:01:08)
Mm-hmm. C'est quoi?
Kiara (1:01:10)
Saquon was very like their pro his promo where he was talking about him, highly encourage you, if you have not seen that, when he's talking about Tristan Angels, highly encourage you to watch that, even though Tristan made him eat his words, but it was funny. I was in stitches watching NXT earlier. Because I was like, he's funny. He's really funny. Like you know
Yeah. I wish I could tell
Tanesha (1:01:33)
Okay.
Kiara (1:01:33)
you who my least favorite is, but are you ready?
Tanesha (1:01:36)
Yeah, I'm ready.
Kevelyn (1:01:36)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:01:37)
Thank you.
Tanesha (1:01:38)
Okay, I got two. Since y'all just giving out two out here in the universe, I got two too. All right. I'm gonna say Leon Slater
Kiara (1:01:51)
Okay.
Tanesha (1:01:52)
for a well-deserved win.
Kiara (1:01:58)
Okay.
Tanesha (1:02:00)
and then I'm going to also say Andrade.
Just because he's Andrade.
Kiara (1:02:08)
Hold on this one again.
Kevelyn (1:02:09)
How you know?
Kiara (1:02:10)
I don't know. I do think this week. She she she she won. Alright, you win. Okay. This week I will say, watching him with the picture, I say, you know what? That's one show I can't go to. We're getting trouble.
I was like, ooh, he came over there. And then I don't know if y'all saw last time the girl grabbed him and kissed him. I said, he's like, I guess it's just me, you know. And he said about Tomasa, he said CJ, see you later. He said, if you wanted a kiss, you just had to buy me dinner first. Just saying. Highly enjoyable. Did Oba get smaller to you? I don't you know what? Did he?
Tanesha (1:02:57)
He did. He did and he said he
did. He said while he was training for Brock Lester's match he did.
Kiara (1:03:04)
Okay.
Kevelyn (1:03:05)
Just a little bit, like not like
Tanesha (1:03:07)
He
is more so like he just got more toned. So it looks like he's smaller. Let me put it that way.
Kiara (1:03:13)
It could have been. And Dry should have been a champion. So, so true. So incredibly
Kevelyn (1:03:16)
I agree. I agree.
Kiara (1:03:20)
one hundred percent true. He should have been a champion in WWE. Because he was such
Tanesha (1:03:23)
Wasn't he though?
Kiara (1:03:25)
a he was tag team champion.
Tanesha (1:03:28)
But when
but not even when Zelina was his manager, I thought he did become a champion. It wasn't long. Or am I or am I thinking about the other one?
Kiara (1:03:34)
He might have been. I think he's talking
I think he might have been a champion, but I think they're probably speaking about world.
I think we're thinking world championships.
Tanesha (1:03:42)
okay.
Kiara (1:03:43)
Which is what he's aiming for. But so is everybody. So I'm like this this match about to be crazier. Crazy, crazy.
All right.
It's time for our speed round.
Tanesha (1:04:37)
Matter of fact, put your locations in the chat. Let's see where you at. And in the process, remember to like and subscribe. What? I'm keeping them occupied while you trying to figure this out. Like why not?
Kevelyn (1:04:48)
Go ahead, girl. You do it, girl. You do it.
Kiara (1:04:54)
end up here.
Kevelyn (1:04:54)
Like and subscribe. Okay.
Tanesha (1:04:57)
What's a your cup? Hold on. We
Kiara (1:04:58)
up here.
Tanesha (1:04:59)
didn't even talk about true, sir. What's a big yurk cup? Water?
Kevelyn (1:05:03)
Have ginger ale.
Kiara (1:05:05)
Thank you, thank you, okay? Like what's wrong with her?
Tanesha (1:05:10)
She chairs into the to the thing.
Kevelyn (1:05:13)
Listen, it's late. Okay?
Tired.
Kiara (1:05:16)
Drinking water. Just
Kevelyn (1:05:18)
Ha ha
Kiara (1:05:18)
drink.
Sheesh. We do because
Kevelyn (1:05:22)
We laugh a lot, y'all. Let's let y'all know. We do.
Tanesha (1:05:23)
I mean
Kiara (1:05:26)
we be tired. We talked about what we did on our break. Like if y'all knew the amount of exhaustion between the breeze.
Kevelyn (1:05:36)
Okay, Florida, come through.
Kiara (1:05:36)
We're gonna give up on this I don't know where it
is. Florida? What?
Kevelyn (1:05:41)
It is ginger ale I agree.
Tanesha (1:05:41)
No, sh it is Ginger El. The only person I'm I'm gonna tell
you right now, the only person who is drinking on this podcast is me. That's it. No one else. It's only me. I'm
Kevelyn (1:05:48)
I promise you I don't. I'm just silly.
Tanesha (1:05:52)
always the one partaking in in truth, serum
Kevelyn (1:05:57)
Okay.
Tanesha (1:05:58)
It just so happened I have an energy drink in mine.
Kiara (1:06:01)
Over here.
Tanesha (1:06:01)
Mind you, I
would like to say this one, the orange one, is actually pretty good.
Kiara (1:06:06)
Orange one of what?
Tanesha (1:06:07)
Bloom
Kevelyn (1:06:08)
Low
Kiara (1:06:09)
Really? I did see those today.
Tanesha (1:06:11)
But the Shirley Temple one
is actually good. I love the Shirley Temple ones.
Kiara (1:06:18)
Really simple.
Tanesha (1:06:19)
Mm-hmm.
Kevelyn (1:06:21)
It's not funny.
Tanesha (1:06:22)
Cashville, sir, is
that a real town or are you talking about you from Lou Louisiana?
Kevelyn (1:06:30)
Wait. Hold on.
Kiara (1:06:32)
Listen here. In a minute I'm gonna give up.
Well, this is a good opportunity to remind y'all.
Tanesha (1:06:36)
Nashville.
Okay, 'cause I was about to say you said Cashville, not quite sure. Thought you was
Kevelyn (1:06:40)
We love Fred, hold on.
Tanesha (1:06:42)
I thought you were talking about, you know, juvenile. I don't know. Like I what was happening.
Kevelyn (1:06:47)
Sure.
Tanesha (1:06:51)
Don't we be like Cashville records or something? I'm sorry.
Kiara (1:06:50)
Okay, we're losing people about a minute. Let's hit
Alright, let's hit up the speed route from Russell Dream.
Kevelyn (1:06:58)
All right, let's do it.
Kiara (1:06:59)
here you go.
And I just want to remind y'all that is part of season one's mixtape, which is still available on our Patreon for a whopping five dollars. You can download all the songs from season one. And believe me, season two will be.
Are we ready to talk Wrestle Dream this Saturday? I believe it starts the pre-still. I gotta tell these people that the pre-show starts at seven. Which y'all too?
Tanesha (1:07:21)
Who you talking to?
Kevelyn (1:07:23)
Mm-hmm.
Tanesha (1:07:24)
now you know I'm not coming at no seven o'clock. I don't even know why you even telling
me this. I would be there for the beginning of the real show.
Kevelyn (1:07:34)
Yeah, it's funny.
Kiara (1:07:35)
Every time.
Tanesha (1:07:35)
Mm mm.
Kiara (1:07:36)
So well you might be disappointed because in the speed round I could tell you who is going to be fighting.
FTR versus Motor City Machine Guns, best of five. This is match one. Who you got?
Kevelyn (1:07:48)
Hey
She guns.
Tanesha (1:07:50)
Wait, who?
Wait, who were they fighting? Sorry.
Kiara (1:07:56)
Why is she drinking? Somebody send Jesus. Like what the
Kevelyn (1:08:00)
I think.
Kiara (1:08:00)
happening?
Tanesha (1:08:03)
I started thinking about something.
Kiara (1:08:03)
Was I not talking?
Tanesha (1:08:05)
I heard you, but then I started thinking about something else in the middle of you talking. I'm sorry. I heard the machine guns. I heard MGF,
Kiara (1:08:14)
F T R
Tanesha (1:08:15)
no, MTR. And then
Kiara (1:08:21)
Help, guys,
help. What you can be sending is like gift cards for Starbucks or something.
Tanesha (1:08:24)
I'm I'm out all my stacks too. Okay, go ahead. What
was it? Okay, I'm just gonna go with the motor se motor machine gun stu. Okay.
Kiara (1:08:31)
Okay. Fine. It's
fine. I give up. Who you got? Praise the Lord.
Tanesha (1:08:38)
Yeah.
Kevelyn (1:08:39)
There you go, Candice.
Candace agrees.
Kiara (1:08:43)
you candice. Geez.
Tanesha (1:08:44)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:08:45)
What did you say, Kevin? Now I got confused. Who do you
Kevelyn (1:08:48)
I said it.
Kiara (1:08:51)
You know what?
Like to be the person who makes this, you know, all in agreement. So I'm gonna have to pick FTR because Stokely was still walking around on crutches and it was really enjoyable to watch him hobble his way down there. It should be a best of seven. I can see that. I can see that. Alright, so we got Divine Dominion versus the Sisters of Sun because Jamie Hayter got hurt at all out, which we also saw.
But not just her. Alex was walking around with a bunch of tape wrapped around her head towards the end of the match. I was like, Really, guys? Really guys? She did say it right. Can't disrupt right. So,
Kevelyn (1:09:33)
Thank you, Candace. Hmm.
Kiara (1:09:35)
who you got? Divine Dominion or Sisters of Sin?
I what you're gonna pick that
Kevelyn (1:09:40)
Am I answering first?
Kiara (1:09:41)
on. Yep.
Tanesha (1:09:42)
Wait, hold on, wait, wait, is it divine the the s
Kevelyn (1:09:42)
Okay. Divine dominion. Yes.
Tanesha (1:09:46)
wait, I okay, hold on.
Kiara (1:09:46)
gonna figure it.
Tanesha (1:09:47)
Wait, is that the ones where who has like the things? They be okay,
Kevelyn (1:09:50)
Yes. Yeah.
Tanesha (1:09:51)
I'm gonna go with them too. Mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm, mm-hmm.
Kiara (1:09:52)
The Megasis. Mm-hmm.
They almost killed the mother girl, so I guess I guess I'm gonna make this
Kevelyn (1:10:00)
Listen, what?
Kiara (1:10:02)
I guess I'm gonna have to make this unanimo unanimous. It's just saying, yeah, I'm gonna go for Divine Dominion. Because the Megasis is something to worry about. And if I was facing her, I might have stayed in back. I don't know about anybody else, but I would have stayed in the back. Alright, you got Sisters of Sin, alright?
Kevelyn (1:10:14)
Okay. look at
that. Look at there.
Kiara (1:10:19)
Alright, somebody here with it. Who
Kevelyn (1:10:22)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:10:23)
that is? Seven five seven. I feel like we know you.
Tanesha (1:10:23)
Wait who that? Cause I know, I know.
Cause she said, look at it I think I know who that is. Hi. Hi.
Kiara (1:10:31)
Do we know who that is?
Tanesha (1:10:35)
Can't you tell?
Kevelyn (1:10:33)
Hey
Kiara (1:10:35)
here she go. All right, let's talk.
shenanigans galore. Huh, you know what I'm saying? I'm I'm gonna feel some kind of way. But my husband, you don't show up, watch. Anyway, main
Kevelyn (1:10:48)
me.
Kiara (1:10:49)
card. We got Chris Jericho versus Nick Wayne, the prodigy. Who you got?
Tanesha (1:10:51)
Not missing the truth. That's crazy. Mm-hmm. The prodigy?
Kevelyn (1:10:54)
Anne is Okay,
sorry, moving on. What did you say?
Kiara (1:11:00)
I'm gonna stop talking to them, y'all. Y'all gonna have to make them repeat. Y'all gonna y'all gonna have to ask the people in them to repeat since y'all ain't listening to me. I'm about
Kevelyn (1:11:06)
Can y'all type it in the chat? What'd she say?
Tanesha (1:11:09)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (1:11:10)
done repeating myself to these ladies because they is just on one day.
Kevelyn (1:11:14)
He
Kiara (1:11:18)
Hey, fairly.
Anyhow, again, last time folks. Last time. Supposed to be a quick one and y'all over here. Alright, so we got
Kevelyn (1:11:26)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (1:11:28)
Chris Jericho versus Nick Wayne. Who you got?
Kevelyn (1:11:33)
Chris
Jericho. All right.
Tanesha (1:11:35)
I was gonna say
the the uncle that everyone wants at the at the family reading Christian.
Kiara (1:11:43)
You want him
Kevelyn (1:11:43)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:11:43)
in the family reunion? I don't listen here. I'm gonna pick Nick Wayne because he thinks he's a prodigy and he loves himself so much. This is sad. Thank you. Thank you. This is sad. You still like Y'all see I be trying to hold the reins together. Do y'all see what be happening to me over here? That's right. Take the wheel. He can take the whole car. Alright, so I caught the young bucks versus Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher, who are apparently a new tag team. Who you got?
For the world tag title.
Carica, Cassie.
Tanesha (1:12:18)
Wait, who has the titles?
Kiara (1:12:21)
They are buttons.
Tanesha (1:12:23)
Wait, they
Kevelyn (1:12:23)
And
Tanesha (1:12:23)
won? When did they win? Okay, sorry. My bad.
Kevelyn (1:12:27)
I'm gonna go young
bugs.
Tanesha (1:12:33)
I'm gonna
Kiara (1:12:30)
Done with her. I'm finished.
Tanesha (1:12:33)
go with Kyle Fletcher and and and whoever else that person was.
Kevelyn (1:12:36)
Okay.
Kiara (1:12:37)
Listen, I'm going with Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher because I know who they are. And I think they make a fantastic tag team. Thanks, Candice, for the bucks. All right, we got Andrade of Ibulo versus Tomasa Champa for the national title. We got
Kevelyn (1:12:52)
And Roddy.
Tanesha (1:12:53)
Okay, listen, that's a hard one, okay? I wanna pass. I pass.
Kiara (1:12:57)
You can't pass. Pick one.
Actually.
Tanesha (1:13:05)
Okay. And Drive.
Kiara (1:13:10)
I'm going Android because as if there was ever a question there. Anyway, I was gonna say something.
Tanesha (1:13:14)
Okay, I like to say I'm not the problem
one, okay? I'm not I'm not the problem, okay? I'm not the problem.
Kiara (1:13:20)
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Thank you for subscribing. Also, if you haven't subscribed yet and y'all been hanging with us, go ahead and hit that subscribe button. We try to get to a thousand. Okay. Bring a friend next time. So here we go. We got Persephone versus Danny Luna versus Queen Amanata versus Hiane. TBS title four way. We are having a good time. Truth sort of.
Y'all know it's a party when y'all come hang with us.
Tanesha (1:13:44)
I don't know none of these people. I'm I'm gonna I'm gonna just pick the last one.
Kiara (1:13:47)
Is it four way? We got
Kevelyn (1:13:49)
I was typing in the chat. I was
Tanesha (1:13:50)
Yeah, she don't know. You gotta repeat it.
Kevelyn (1:13:53)
typing in the chat. I'm sorry. I was all right.
Kiara (1:13:57)
Next time I'm gonna have to bring people. I'm gonna bring I'm gonna have to bring pictures to get this attention. So next time I'll have pictures so that we can get through this a little seamlessly. All right, we got Persephone, who is the champion, versus Danny Luna versus Queen Aminata versus Hyen. TBS title is a four-way. Who you got?
Kevelyn (1:14:16)
Hmm. Queen.
Kiara (1:14:19)
Me Amanada. Yeah, she got a good endorsement from Samoa Joe recently.
Tanesha (1:14:22)
Okay,
I changed my answer. It's queen because I remember who that is. Because I changed it queen. That's my answer.
Kiara (1:14:32)
I'm keeping it on Persephone. Y'all know I love me the Queen of the Underworld. I'm
Kevelyn (1:14:35)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:14:36)
a dumb fan. All right, we got John Moxley versus Mark Davis for the continental title. We got
Kevelyn (1:14:43)
I really hope Moxley s keeps this title. I'm gonna go Moxley.
Tanesha (1:14:47)
I'm going Moxley.
Kiara (1:14:48)
Alright, I am going Moxley because I you know how I feel about the Don Callis Black Hole. Alright, so we have a trio's title, Two Out of Three Falls. This is gonna be a banger. Like I feel like we gotta need popcorn and stuff this week. Alright, so it's gonna be Sware Strickland and a new level versus Hangman Page and Bro Dito. And he better not let nobody else take his place like he did on Collision because help.
You know what I'm saying? Don't we need to? Don't we need to? Just bring all the joy. That's what happened when there's only one of us on Truth Serum. Can you imagine if all three of us on Truth Serum? We would still be here or we will all be asleep.
Kevelyn (1:15:29)
You're the best. All right.
Kiara (1:15:32)
Swerve Strickland and the new level versus Hegbear Page and Bro Dito. And like I said, he better not bring his friend the little stand-in from last time. Cause heck no. But if you if you know, you know. I suggest you watch Collition. See what I'm talking.
Kevelyn (1:15:48)
I'm gonna go with new level.
Kiara (1:15:52)
And also of course Dennis Word.
Kevelyn (1:15:54)
Yeah, you know, he there too.
Kiara (1:15:56)
Yeah.
Okay, well you guys
Tanesha (1:16:03)
I'm gonna say new level two because if they take it off or Swerve sits here and makes them lose, I will find him. That's
Kevelyn (1:16:10)
Yeah.
Tanesha (1:16:11)
all I'm gonna say. I will find you. I will find you.
Kevelyn (1:16:14)
No, it's going on.
Kiara (1:16:16)
This is
gonna be the most embarrassing clip I've put together.
Tanesha (1:16:18)
Two
Kevelyn (1:16:19)
Yeah, no.
Kiara (1:16:21)
If I don't put together predictions, this is why. Because all we do it is laughing at this point. All right, I am going with unfortunately Swerve in the new level, but I'm gonna tell you why. It's because Hangman, I agree with Candace that Hangman and Swerve have this problem and they messing up their situation for both of them. And I feel like if you were watching, you saw Hangman Pages like.
promo this week you saw the new level like I'm not sprayed you found the new level in the hotness situation so I feel like this one could go either way because both of them are out of control. All right we have Mercedes Monet versus Tecla finally for this women's world title. Who you got?
Kevelyn (1:17:06)
Mm.
Kiara (1:17:07)
We have to take the mic, you you leaning in over there.
Tanesha (1:17:12)
Take the mic for who? Me? Sorry.
Kevelyn (1:17:16)
I feel like it's Monet. I feel like Monet is is gonna rock it out. Tecla's good though, but I feel like Monet is gonna take it.
Tanesha (1:17:24)
I must say Tecla. Mm mm. Yes.
Kevelyn (1:17:26)
Really? Alright.
Tanesha (1:17:29)
And I don't mean
Kiara (1:17:29)
Aw man.
Should go ahead. You normally.
Tanesha (1:17:34)
Do you want me to shut up my bad?
Kiara (1:17:37)
No
Kevelyn (1:17:39)
No no, not for real. Go ahead.
Kiara (1:17:41)
No
Tanesha (1:17:43)
I don't know what I was gonna say now.
Kiara (1:17:46)
I was gonna say is man, now I gotta be a tiebreaker. Anyway, what I
Tanesha (1:17:49)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:17:49)
was that's what I was saying. I wasn't gonna cut you off. I just literally said man, but okay, so we got
Tanesha (1:17:54)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:17:55)
Monet versus Tecla. this is gonna be a good one because Monet really has been amazing, and Tecla. I feel like we get someone coming back, or we get something because
Kevelyn (1:18:07)
Mm.
Kiara (1:18:07)
I can't see it going over clean. Mercedes has the divine dominion to back up.
Tekla has the Sisters of Sin because they're the triangle of darkness to back her up. So I'm kind of like, this is gonna be full of shenanigans, I feel like. And then last but not least, this brand new match. C-E-O, I know that's right. This brand new match. Who is walking away from Clockwork Carnage with the world title? Is it Will Osprey, who is the current champion? Is it Samoa Joe? Mike Bailey, Speedball. For everybody's
Kevelyn (1:18:40)
Mm-hmm.
Kiara (1:18:41)
preference. Alright, Adam Copeland, Takeshka.
Okada, ricochet or derby out.
Kevelyn (1:18:47)
That's a hard one.
Tanesha (1:18:47)
It sounds like people
are gonna be going away in ambulances and it's gonna be cartilage everywhere and people are gonna be rolling underneath the ring because they can't breathe. it doesn't sound like
Kevelyn (1:18:59)
Stop.
Tanesha (1:19:02)
this is going to be great. However, I feel like it may be Samoa job.
Kiara (1:19:08)
It sounds like it's gonna be great for all those reasons. Go ahead, Kevin.
Kevelyn (1:19:13)
I feel like Osprey is gonna win. I just feel like he's the man right now, and they can't take his title away yet.
Kiara (1:19:23)
I feel you're you're right on target with that. Also, Osprey, he wanted this match. He wanted something that it was going to be hard to win. He wants to build his legacy. So I feel like it's gonna be a tough win. Like, I feel like this is gonna be full of crazy, but it's gonna be a tough win. I know, it's okay. We can ready wrap up. So I have to tell y'all.
Tanesha (1:19:43)
First off, it's
the energy drink, okay? So it's not even about anything else I'm drinking. Jeez.
Kiara (1:19:51)
You know what fire spirit is like, listen, y'all need to call somebody. We work it up. We work it.
That matches Willow's idea, so he's gonna keep the title.
Kevelyn (1:19:58)
That makes sense.
Kiara (1:19:59)
Exactly. That's what I was thinking too. I was like, he really is trying to build his legacy and lean in here. And I am here for it. Now, do I think it's gonna be a hot mess? Do I think that somebody's gonna be walking away, limping away, rolling away, sleep on the south side? I don't know how it's gonna work. I hope it's not like that one time they did Casino Royale and like they ended a match after like three people. And I was like, excuse me, excuse me. That felt like a cheating situation. I said, somebody didn't do something
Tanesha (1:20:26)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:20:26)
right.
So I just hope
Kevelyn (1:20:29)
Sure.
Kiara (1:20:30)
that this match is lengthy and full of ups and downs. But ultimately, I feel like this has been such a fun show, y'all. This is great to be back. She mixed in all sorts of stuff. She'll tell you in a second. Don't worry. She'll tell you in a second. The rest of us over here drinking water chicken.
Kevelyn (1:20:48)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:20:50)
Here she is out here living.

Kiara (1:22:38)
Okay.
Kevelyn (1:22:39)
Yeah
coming out of protection, okay? I'm I'm I'm on my way out. All right.
Kiara (1:22:44)
Spirit as crazy.
Tanesha (1:22:47)
Yeah.
Kiara (1:22:48)
Okay, listen,

Tanesha (1:22:52)

Kiara (1:22:58)
